We undertake dilapidation projects usually carried out on behalf of a tenant, landlord or Contract administrator at the end of a lease period. We remove and dispose of partitions, mezzanine & floor finishes, decorations, lighting, data installations etc, and restore to the original specification at the time of lease.
On every project, electrical, heating and fire alarm systems are tested and certificated to make sure they operate properly and are safe.
All works are co-ordinated and managed day to day, always with Health and Safety procedures in place.
