Constructionline is the UK’s largest register of pre-qualified construction services. It streamlines procedures by supplying the construction industry and its clients with a single, national pre-qualification system. Strict pre-qualification criteria must be met in order to qualify for registration. Constructionline is owned and endorsed by the DTI.

Local Authority Approved Contractors & Partners

Haylock & Pittman are approved contractors for both Hampshire County Council and West Sussex County Council and Hampshire County Council Partners, providing repair, maintenance and refurbishment services to both these local authorities. We are proud of our performance records for these contracts, where every project receives a performance rating. Our jobs are consistently high scoring and our overall performance rating with Hampshire County Council was recently rated at 94% - a testament to our commitment to high standards of workmanship and client satisfaction.

CHAS

The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS) is a national database of contractors who have been through a Health and Safety assessment, and have demonstrated adequate compliance and management standards.

The Dulux trade Contract Partnership is a national listing of approved Contract Partners who have successfully completed the rigorous audit process. Dulux Trade Contract Partnership aims to bring together professionals who are committed to deliver a standard of service and quality that fulfils expectations every time.

Our ISO accreditation formalises our commitment to best practice. ISO 9001 is concerned with “quality management”. The accreditation focuses on what Haylock & Pittman does to enhance customer satisfaction by meeting customer and applicable regulatory requirements and how it continually strives to improve its performance in this regard.

Window Care Systems

Haylock & Pittman are specialists installers of the Window Care System, which is a unique way to preserve and repair timber joinery. This is the system specified by many local authorities but is also ideal in listed building or historical restoration projects or in properties where the owner wishes to retain existing timber windows and doors.
