Haylock Pittman Team“Thank you for your interest in Haylock & Pittman and for giving me the opportunity to introduce the services that we offer.

I started the business in 1971 as a sole trader providing quality decorating and restoration services. The company has since expanded and we are now a family owned and managed limited company offering a range of building, restoration, painting, decorating and refurbishment services to both commercial and domestic clients, whilst still maintaining the focus on high quality work, delivered on time and within budget.

Over the years, we have developed an excellent working relationship with a diverse range of clients. We are well suited to working in partnership with architects, designers and surveyors and a range of different client groups. With extensive experience working for government bodies and local authorities, we are proud of our portfolio of refurbishment projects including police premises, local authority properties, schools, colleges and care homes. There are a range of sensitivities to consider when working in these environments and we have the necessary management skills and experience that ensure we are responsive to those needs and that every project is a success.

Through the monitoring of a range of evidence based performance indicators, we critically assess our performance and take positive action to instill a culture of continuous improvement. We constantly strive to raise both our expertise and our performance ratings as part of our commitment to excellence in all areas.”

Adrian Haylock
Managing Director of Haylock & Pittman with over 35 years experience in the industry. Adrian originally completed a traditional advance crafts apprenticeship and then undertook further specialised university training in restoration and decoration. He has since gained extensive experience in project management and is the driving force behind Haylock & Pittman. With a passion for excellence in customer care and a keen interest in fostering ongoing working partnerships. He is proud of the reputation the company enjoys and attributes its success to the hard work and commitment of the team and their combined passion for achieving high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction on every project.

Zac Pittman
Zac is a Director of Haylock & Pittman and has been instrumental in the development of the business from its beginning. He is actively involved in all projects and is responsible for all aspects of on-site management, ensuring that standards of workmanship and health and safety are maintained throughout each project. Much of Zac’s role involves building and maintaining a day to day working relationship with surveyors and site foremen.

Clive Nicholson B.Sc. M.R.I.C.S.
Chartered Quantity Surveyor, qualified since 1981, Clive has worked on a wide variety of construction projects ranging from small domestic extensions, through to large commercial and industrial buildings. He has extensive experience in the refurbishment of listed buildings.

With responsibility for pre-tender project surveys and costing of work, Clive can work within a supplied specification of works or produce a schedule of repairs/improvements if required. He also has extensive knowledge and experience of Construction Design & Management Regulations and is an integral part of the success of Haylock & Pittman.
